- Request a free SEO audit or contact us: your name, email address, website URL, phone number (if provided) and the details of your message.
- Subscribe to our newsletter: your email address and, if provided, your name.
- Leave a comment on a blog post: your name, email address, website (optional), the comment itself, and the IP address and browser details recorded with the comment to help detect spam.
- Email us or book a call: your contact details and anything you include in the conversation.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit hamzaai.com, some information is collected automatically through the tools below:
- Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager): pages viewed, time on page, scroll activity, links clicked, the website or search engine that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location (country and city). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
- Microsoft Clarity: how you interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, used to create heatmaps and anonymised session recordings. Text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded.
- Hosting server logs (Hostinger): standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of your request, used for security and to keep the site running.

3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to enquiries and prepare the free SEO audits you request

We are based in Pakistan and serve clients internationally, including in Australia. - Client records: for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax obligations
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe

- Microsoft Clarity data: according to Microsoft’s retention schedule
8. Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to our systems is limited and password-protected. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails (every newsletter also includes an unsubscribe link)
